An Easier Return to the Court

Less typing, easier account access, and your bookings in one place.

  • A Home for Product Updates. Follow booking, account, and club improvements on the new Changelog page, available from the homepage footer and mobile menu. Each dated update has its own shareable link.
  • Google Sign-In Support. Customers can sign in with Google when it is enabled for the site. Guest booking remains available.
  • Saved Details at Checkout. Signed-in customers can use their available name, email, and saved phone number for single- or multi-court bookings. Details remain editable.
  • Your Bookings, Within Reach. Public headers now include Sign In or My Bookings. Account history shows schedules and separate booking and payment statuses, with refreshed updates while the page is open.
  • Controlled Booking Access. Administrators can allow approved IP addresses to book and pay while public payments are disabled. Website maintenance restrictions still apply.

Smoother Scheduling, From Booking to Check-In

More flexible club controls and a clearer experience for players and the front desk.

  • Fixed Booking Periods. Booking windows now keep a fixed end date. With a 15-day setting, available dates count down until the next 15-day period opens. Administrators can configure the duration.
  • Find Available Courts Faster. The Available Only filter works in Grid and List views for public and admin manual booking, without clearing selected slots.
  • Unli Play Announcements. The homepage and booking page can show “Unli Play for Badminton ₱150 · 7 AM–3 AM, except holidays.” Staff can edit or hide the notice in Settings; the notice itself does not change prices.
  • Philippine Holiday Calendar. Manage regular, special non-working, and special working holidays, and apply rates by holiday category. Initial 2026 dates are included; staff can add dates or import yearly calendars.
  • Rates and Blackouts Across Courts. Apply special rates or maintenance blackouts to all courts or selected courts. Grouped edits and deletions follow the saved list of affected courts.
  • Scan to Check In. Customer QR passes open a secure admin check-in link. Authorized staff can automatically check in eligible schedules after signing in. Manual lookup supports booking references, older QR tokens, and the new QR links.
  • Automatic Booking Completion. Confirmed and checked-in reservations become Completed after their scheduled end time. Attendance remains recorded separately through check-in, and payment status stays unchanged.
  • Staff Access Improvements. Added owner-managed staff name updates, ownership transfer, and a Developer role alongside existing account creation, invitations, role changes, access removal, and password resets.

More Control Over Online Bookings

Pause new online payments while keeping the schedule accessible.

  • Booking-Payment Switch. Administrators can enable or disable new public bookings and payment attempts from Settings. Customers can still browse schedules and look up bookings, while staff operations and payments already in progress continue.
