1. Acceptance and eligibility
By making a booking, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Refund Policy and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you book for a group, you are responsible for sharing relevant venue rules with the other players.
2. Reservations
- A selected time is not secured until the booking is created. Online bookings may be held temporarily while payment is pending.
- A booking is confirmed only when the website shows confirmation or we send a confirmation notice after any required payment succeeds.
- You are responsible for checking the court, date, time, player count, contact details, rentals, and total before continuing.
- We may refuse or cancel a booking affected by an obvious pricing or availability error, suspected fraud, unsafe conduct, or a venue closure. If we cancel a paid booking, the Refund Policy applies.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Philippine pesos and may vary by court, date, time, duration, promotion, and rental selection. The final total is shown before payment. Online payments are completed through a hosted third-party payment provider. The available payment methods and any provider processing steps are controlled by that provider.
4. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
Eligibility to cancel or reschedule depends on the cutoff displayed by the booking service and the booking's current status. A paid cancellation does not automatically reverse the payment; it creates a request for manual review. The separate Refund Policy forms part of these terms and explains when refunds may be approved.
5. Venue conduct and safety
- Arrive on time and use only the court and schedule you reserved.
- Follow posted venue rules, staff instructions, equipment guidance, and reasonable health and safety requirements.
- Treat staff, other guests, facilities, and equipment respectfully. Unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or disruptive conduct may end a session without a refund.
- You are responsible for damage or loss caused by your intentional, reckless, or negligent conduct, subject to applicable law.
Sports involve inherent risks. Participate within your ability, use appropriate equipment, and seek medical advice when needed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You must not interfere with the service, bypass security or booking limits, submit false information, scrape the service at unreasonable volume, or use it for unlawful activity. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, staff, or the service.
7. Service availability
We work to keep schedules and the website accurate, but maintenance, internet failures, severe weather, emergencies, or other events may interrupt service or venue availability. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes and offer the remedies stated in the Refund Policy where applicable.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at hello@hoopsandracket.ph so we can try to resolve the concern. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future use of the service. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that already apply to a completed transaction.
